InPSYme 1.0 and InPSYme 2.0 — 2016

InPSYme describes a cultural area through tools that are related to the lifestyle and symbiosis between creative young people and the world they live in.

The project had two stages of research developed and implemented by collective collaboration. The perspectives of the project were: creative structuring of information, creative response, visual expression of the concept, implementation of a new cultural state, founding and organizing public events (both in reality and virtually), thinking and making serial commercial deliverable, competitive analytics, implementation of the NEW and making “viral” products, tracking and feedback.

All the organizing and implementation elements are managed by groups of students, coordinated through project management.

Collaborative Creation 2007—2017

The “COLLABORATIVE CREATION” Program means to put into form a new creative model, specific for the new paradigm of this Age of Information and Knowledge. This model is created and experienced at the Bucharest National University of Arts since 2007, based on studies that define and pursue the phenomenon at a level of complex research.

It is designed, managed and coordinated by lecturer. dr. Ioana Avram Sanda.

The new creative attitude is based on trained and educated creativity, on collaborative creation, the free sharing mentality and applied complexity.

The creative response implies methods of anticipating fashion trends, creative lifestyle models, inspirational concept, commercial declination, projection of the prototypes and new forms of promotion (“experiential” events, social media campaigns, Augmented and Virtual Reality applications or co creation laboratory).

Each generation who passed through this experience, not only brought creative contribution, but also valuably cultural contribution. It also contributed to the structuring of the main elements of the new type of creativity. In this case, we talk about a common product, above the individual creative value and far above the sum of creative solutions from the participants. It is a mix between all the best things in every member and the result is the best response to the given subject.

It is a single “creative mind” which doesn’t represent the sum, but the fusion and the absolute value of all members’ abilities. Each one is finding himself in the creative response and they grow through the relationship with others.

UNArte Bucharest
Faculty of Decorative Arts and Design — Fashion Department

As a unique higher education establishment in the field of visual arts in Bucharest, with a good national reputation, the University ensures the appropriate training for future practitioners and theoreticians. The essential premise of the education provided is its responsiveness to the demands of contemporary Romanian society, as well as the synchronicity with the significant artistic trends and tendencies in contemporary universal art.

This receptivity to continuous renewal takes into account the tradition of the local artistic education characterized from the beginning by an openness to European values. In order to attain these goals, the University has an elite teaching body, well connected, both nationally and internationally, to the present cultural life, as well as technological assets.

The Fashion Department within the “Nicolae Grigorescu” Institute of Arts, initially founded in close connection with the clothing industry (in 1971), has transformed in present times into a department. It is responsive to the contemporary cultural phenomenon, including both artistic, scientific and technological directions, being open to all means of expression in the field of fashion, of costume creation and unconventional experiments related to garments. This interdisciplinary direction reached remarkable performances.
